Breakfast:
Scrambled eggs onions and cheese and sauteed mushrooms
toast, butter, coconut oil
pan fried sweet potatoes
Coffee

Lunch:
Food bar
milk

Snack:
Peanuts
Chocolate

Dinner:
Small salad, olive oil
flax seed, hemp-seed nut
green onions
chedder cheese
smoked mackeral
crumbled potatoe chips

Snack:
grapefruit, no sugar

Water:
2 bottles

Exercise:
6 pm - 1 hr.
