Medium salad with flax seed and hemp-seed-nuts
1/2 cup blueberries
1/4 cup pomagranet seeds
small piece of smoked mackeral

Snack:
Peanuts

Dinner:
2 multi-grain waffles
butter
coconut oil

Water:
1 bottle

Exercise:
30 minutes.
